Carissa and Brandon designed their wedding day to honour both Western and Chinese traditions, adding a deeply personal touch. They began with a Traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony, a moment filled with meaning as family and friends gathered to show their respect and support. Afterward, they held a Western ceremony, where Carissa’s second elegant gown added stunning variety to their portraits. Each part of the day reflected the couple’s unique story and sense of connection.

The National Arts Center’s Natural Light and Elegant Atmosphere

One of the NAC’s highlights is the natural light pouring through its surrounding glass windows. From the ceremony to the reception, this beautiful light bathed every moment in a warm, flattering glow. Later in the evening, Carissa returned to Lord Elgin for a final outfit change, revealing a custom-designed gown that left everyone in awe. Returning to the NAC, Carissa and Brandon joined their guests for an evening full of joy, dancing, and laughter. A beautifully designed cake by Jules Cakes added a fun, memorable element to the evening’s events, wrapping up a day that was every bit as vibrant as it was elegant.
